SURFACE PREPARATION
Clean the cement plaster surface with sandpaper / putty blade

DAMPEN THE SURFACE
MAKE SURE WALL IS MOIST; TEST THE WALL, FEEL IT.

MIX TO MAKE PASTE
ADD POWDER TO 30% WATER ONLY. LET PUTTY MIX REST FOR 15 – 20 MINUTES FOR ADDITIVES TO DISSOLVE & THEN REMIX FOR 2 MINUTES
